Our software was architected with significant flexibility in mind. For the vast majority of our clients, implementations are accomplished with no customization, leveraging extensive built-in configurable options.

Branding: Private-labeling is available at multiple levels: super-administrator, administrator and employer.
Infrastructure: The software is normally delivered as a hosted SaaS application; however, some large clients opt to run the platform on a dedicated hardware infrastructure.
Client Interfaces: We can establish Single Sign On (SSO) links, Web Service integrations and other custom designed interfaces with existing client systems.
Sophistication: Complex benefit plan designs are easily accommodated by leveraging our flexible rules engine technology and integrated payment precedence logic.
Implementation timelines average three to six months, based on the degree of data and configuration complexities involved. The process is led by CDH experts with deep technical and functional experience who place a heavy emphasis on project planning, communication and quality control.
