Mark Whittington
Chief Executive Officer
Mark is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of Acclaris. During his nearly 25 year career, he has helped several high growth companies maximize their value to all stakeholders including customers, employees and investors. Prior to joining Acclaris, Mark was Group President of Executive Resourcing/North America for TMP Worldwide (parent company of Monster.com), where he led combined organic and acquisition growth from $100 million to $500 million in annual sales. Previously, as COO of System One Solutions, a national technology staffing and consulting firm, he was integral to the company’s growth in sales from $16 million to over $100 million in five years, and ultimate sale to TMP Worldwide in April, 2000.
Dipankar Mandal
President & Founder
Dipankar develops and leads the product design, technology and service delivery strategies for Acclaris. With a unique grasp of the interrelationship among these three areas, he is regarded as one of the top strategist in the benefits reimbursement industry. Prior to co-founding Acclaris, he was SVP/Chief Technology Officer for ABR/Ceridian Benefit Services, where he led all IT initiatives, product strategy & development, and process optimization, as well as integration and assimilation of acquisitions. Dipankar was part of the executive team that grew ABR from $10 million to more than $110 million in sales in six years. He was integral in the sale of ABR to Ceridian Benefit Services in 1999.
John Rudder
Senior Vice President - Sales
John leads day-to-day direct sales activities for Acclaris. He has been with the company since just after it was founded in February, 2001. Prior to joining Acclaris, John served as EVP of Sales for Executive Resourcing/North America, a division of TMP Worldwide (parent company of Monster.com). Previously, John held senior sales leadership positions with System One Solutions, a national technology staffing and consulting firm, and Career Development, an executive search firm in Alexandria, Virginia. John is a 1978 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and continues to serve the alumni community.
Subhadip Chatterjee
Vice President - Information Technology
Subhadip is responsible for all technology R&D and deployment for Acclaris. Prior to joining the company, he was responsible for designing, architecting and building highly complex systems for several leading organizations. This includes ABR/Ceridian Benefit Services, where Subhadip lead several complex R & D initiatives. He began his IT career with NIIT Technologies, a global IT and business process management services provider, spanning 14 countries across the world. His clients included IBM, along with the Governments of India and Thailand.
Christine Lundquist
Vice President - Finance & Administration
Christine is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Administration services. She formerly served as Manager of Business Process Outsourcing for Arthur Andersen, providing strategic planning, organizational design, risk management, performance-based budgeting, accounting triage and project management services. Previously, Christine was a Manager in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen, working with small to large companies, both privately and publicly held. Christine is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
Julia Lawson
Vice President – Operations
Julia is responsible for claims processing and reimbursement services, along with related client support activities. Before joining Acclaris, she was Director of Finance and Development and Interim Executive Director for Watoto, USA, a non-profit organization that supports parentless children in Africa. Previously, Julia managed Implementations and Projects for NDCHealth’s healthcare claims group (now part of McKesson’s RelayHealth) overseeing hundreds of installations and millions of claims/remittance transactions for clients such as Kaiser Permanente, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, the Department of Defense, and Wal-Mart/Sam’s Clubs. Her experience includes operations management, process and systems design, banking, accounting, training, program development and project management. Julia holds a BS in International Business from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and earned a MBA in Global Technology Management from American InterContinental University in Chicago, IL.
Kalyan Kar
Managing Director - Acclaris (India)
Kalyan oversees the strategy, growth, development and day-to-day operations for Acclaris’ three service centers in India. Prior to joining the company, he served as Executive Director and Founder, Sunny Technologies, India, leading off-shore BPO operations for clients in the US & Australia. Kalyan also has extensive experience in transaction processing with a number of large Indian corporations, including CESC Ltd., one of the India's oldest (100+ years) and largest ($ 550 million in sales) utility companies. He is a Commerce Graduate, a Chartered Accountant as well as a Cost Accountant. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Kalyan is very active in the Indian business community.
