I am a member/participant with a question about one of my claims. How do I get it answered?
Different client employers use different customized links to access their specific portal(s). Check the benefit account paperwork you received from your employer to determine the URL and/or phone number for your account. For accounts with an integrated health debit card, contact information can also be found on the back of the card.
What types of accounts does Acclaris support?Acclaris’ focus is supporting Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). We also support a range of other programs such as Dependent Care FSAs, retiree medical plans, tuition programs and much more. See the full list.
How are your services priced?Acclaris follows a "per account per month" pricing model, wherein all integrated services are built into a single user-based fee, so there are no unanticipated expenses. Our clients typically realize double-digit cost savings with a fully outsourced account administration program.
Where is Acclaris located?Acclaris operates its corporate office and customer support center in Tampa, Florida, and a second support center in Overland Park, Kansas. The firm also maintains three offshore offices in India (Kolkata, Siliguri and Visakhapatnam) which provide non-member-facing claims processing and development services.
Does Acclaris market CDH accounts directly to consumers?No, we don’t, nor do we engage directly with employer groups. We only support health plans, benefits/HR administrators and financial institutions; in other words, large-scale aggregators who maintain ownership of the client relationships they have developed themselves. This removes any possibility of conflict of interest.
What privacy measures does Acclaris have in place to protect members’ health care and financial information?Stringent security measures have been built into our technology infrastructure and operating policies, from multi-layer security at the application, middleware and database levels to extensive training programs for our staff.
