Leadership Team

Bob Lopes, CEO

Bob joined Acclaris and its Board of Directors in June of 2011, at a time of unprecedented growth in the company's 11-year history.  Bob's 25 years of experience in the benefits industry will help guide market-leader Acclaris to meet increasing market demand in the adoption of consumer-driven healthcare by utilizing the industry's most powerful financial technology product and outsourced services.

A demonstrated ability to develop strategic direction and deliver measurable and significant revenue growth is the foundation of Bob's approach, along with a focus on operational efficiency. He is skilled in managing client-facing functions and attracting strong, senior talent to execute desired transformations and growth, two components of his vision for Acclaris in the CDH marketplace.

Most recently, Bob served as executive vice president and practice director for human capital at Aon, a global reinsurance and consulting firm. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Veritude, a wholly-owned staffing company of Fidelity, and vice president of global client management for ExcellerateHRO, a former global HRO company of EDS. Bob also held several senior-level positions during a 15-year tenure at Towers Perrin, including managing director for its global outsourcing business. Bob earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.

Dipankar Mandal, President & Founder

A company founder, Dipankar leads Acclaris' product design, technology and service delivery strategies. With more than 20 years' experience building world-class outsourcing platforms, he is regarded as a leading strategist in the consumer-driven healthcare (CDH) technology arena. Under his direction, Acclaris has dramatically scaled its infrastructure and broadened its offerings while maintaining a culture of strong innovation. Dipankar has also developed a highly-efficient 'virtual shared service center' concept that creates high-volume capacity, economies of scale and complete transparency.

Earlier, Dipankar served as Chief Technology Officer for global HR solutions provider Ceridian Corporation, where he led IT strategy and delivered a total benefits outsourcing platform. He held additional responsibility for integrating processes and systems from multiple large-scale acquisitions. Earlier, Dipankar was part of the executive team that grew ABR Information Services from $10 million to more than $110 million in sales in six years. He was integral to the sale of ABR to Ceridian in 1999.

Dipankar received a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Jadavpur University and is a senior member of IEEE and a host of other professional organizations.

Jim Priebe, Chief Growth Officer

Jim Priebe is a health care insurance industry veteran of more than 20 years. In his role as CGO, Priebe is a member of Acclaris’ Executive Team and directly responsible for Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.

Prior to joining Acclaris, Priebe was with UnitedHealth Group’s OptumHealth Financial Services as a member of their Executive Management Team. While at OptumHealth, Priebe contributed to the company’s strategic direction as he built Sales, Relationship Management and Marketing teams. He was also responsible for directing and leading award-winning Health Savings Account communications programs.

Priebe also held senior positions with MMSI, part of Mayo Clinic Health Solutions, and employee benefits plan Third Party Administrator Sheffield, Olson & McQueen.

Subhadip Chatterjee, Senior Vice President - Information Technology

Subhadip is responsible for all technology development and deployment for Acclaris, including R&D, application support, product enhancements, network engineering and information security. With the company since its inception, he has deep insight into the interrelationship between technology and processes as a means to achieve greater efficiencies across the consumer-driven healthcare (CDH) landscape.

Prior to joining the company, he was responsible for designing, architecting and building highly complex systems for several leading organizations. This includes ABR/Ceridian Benefit Services, where Subhadip led several complex R&D initiatives. He began his IT career with NIIT Technologies, a global IT and business process management services provider, spanning 14 countries across the world. His clients included IBM, along with the Governments of India and Thailand.

Christine Lundquist, Vice President - Finance & Administration

Christine holds responsibility for all financial, accounting and administrative functions within Acclaris. She has developed the company's financial operating and reporting infrastructure to manage risk and increase productivity across the global enterprise.

Christine formerly served as Manager of Business Process Outsourcing for Arthur Andersen, providing strategic planning, organizational design, risk management, performance-based budgeting, accounting triage and project management services. Previously, Christine was a Senior in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen, working with small to large companies, both privately and publicly held. Christine is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Myron Prevatt, Vice President - Implementations

Myron brings 20 years of experience in building, managing and deploying technology solutions to his role overseeing large-scale implementations at Acclaris. He has a proven track record of managing complex projects across diverse industries, including technology consulting, application development, telecommunications and electronics manufacturing. Myron's operational experience encompasses product management, professional services, P&L management, customer support, training and software distribution. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Prior to joining Acclaris, Myron served as Vice President of Operations and Product Management for start-up Powered Media Technologies. Previously, he held senior-level, client-facing positions at several high-tech firms, including NetByTel and Daleen Technologies. He also served as principal partner at a management consulting firm and owned and managed a boutique technology consulting company. Myron received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems at Florida State University.

Subrata Mukherjee, Managing Director - Acclaris (India)

Subrata brings more than 20 years experience in managing process and application outsourcing, operations and process improvement in the manufacturing, IT and the ITES industry in India. His experience includes setting up service delivery centres, program management offices and leading large size business and technology consulting engagements. He has the unique blend of expertise in software development, application support and transaction processing.

Most recently, Subrata has served as the Vice President for Genpact. He has held several key positions like the Manufacturing and GE vertical leader for Genpact software, the SAP service line leader and the Global Operating Leader for some of the key clients. He managed accounts and delivery across multiple locations in India, Europe, Latina America and the US for very large customers. Previously, he served as a solutions architect for SAP in India. Subrata received his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur, India.

Amit Basak, Director

Amit Basak is a co-founder and Managing Director at Staley Capital. Amit's executive management experience includes serving as Interim COO and CFO of Affinity Express, a BPO company specializing in graphics production, and General Manager of ClickSquared, a leading provider of outsourced marketing services. His earlier experience spans marketing leadership, and he started his career in the M&A Group at Morgan Stanley. Amit serves as a Director at Proginet Corporation (OTCBB:PRGF) and Affinity Express. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude from Yale University with a BA in Ethics, Politics & Economics.

Barry Goldsmith, Director

Barry Goldsmith is a general partner and co-founder of Updata Partners and has spent more than 35 years in the information technology industry as a founder, senior executive, investor and advisor to leading software and IT services companies. Earlier, Barry founded CGA Computer, which became a top provider of IT consulting services and products to Fortune 500 companies and was ultimately sold to Computer Associates and CapGemini. Barry also co-founded Updata Software and Updata Advisors, and he has served on the boards of several publicly-traded firms. Updata Partners has been an investor in Acclaris since 2004.

Ian Lane, Director

Ian Lane is a Principal at HarbourVest Partners, where he focuses on direct investments in venture, buyout, and mezzanine transactions in the U.S. and other regions. Ian serves as a board member or board observer at Acclaris, Batanga, Miller Heiman, Nexidia, Plato Learning, ReCommunity, Sepaton, and Wayfair. He has been involved with several of the firm's other direct investments, including Avectra, Carlile Bancshares, CareCentrix, Datatel, eTapestry, Harbour Florida Community Bank, M-Qube, Select Medical, SunGard, and Towne Park. Additionally, Ian serves on the Board of Overseers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a patient care, teaching and research affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

Ian’s previous experience includes two years with J.P. Morgan in New York and Chicago where he was an investment banking analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group. Additionally, while earning his undergraduate degree, Ian founded and managed a chain of martial arts schools in Florida.

Ian received a dual BS/MS, with honors, in Accounting from the University of Florida in 2001 and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with distinction in 2008.

Arneek Multani, Director

Arneek Multani is a Senior Managing Director at Trident Capital, focusing on health care investing and providing a leadership role in the firm's growth equity/buyout practice. Previously, Arneek worked in Product Management at Sun Microsystems and at private equity firm McCown De Leeuw & Co., where he focused on health and fitness industry investments. He started his career in the M&A Group at Morgan Stanley. Arneek holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a BAS in Systems Engineering from the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude. He also holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

John “Jack” Snopkowski, Director

John “Jack” Snopkowski brings to the Acclaris board 25 years as an Accenture partner running the Health Plan Strategy Practice. Jack comes to Acclaris with significant health plan experience, having helped health plan organizations with business strategy and business transformation initiatives throughout his multifaceted career. Jack brings excellent subject-matter depth to Acclaris. He specialized in working with Blue Cross Blue Shield and large commercial plans, and has completed assignments with WellPoint, Horizon, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, CareFirst, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Humana, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

Mr. Snopkowski received his MBA from the University of Chicago.  He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Union College.
